How to use the Coordinator Dashboard as an user.
The Coordinator Dashboard is designed to help coordinators manage the flow of students into the school, from initial interest to full enrollment. Here’s what you need to know:
Dashboard Overview
- When you log in, you’ll see quick access to the main sections:
- Leads: Track and manage prospective students.
- Waiting Lists: Oversee students waiting for placement in classes or courses.
- Contact Logs: Record and review all communications with leads and students.
- Contracts: Manage contracts related to enrollments and courses.
- Enrollments: Handle the process of enrolling students into classes.
Leads Management
- View All Leads:
See a list of all prospective students who have shown interest in enrolling. - Add & Edit Leads:
Record new leads, update their information, and track their progress through the admissions pipeline. - Status Tracking:
Monitor each lead’s status (e.g., contacted, interested, pending, enrolled). - Search & Filter:
Quickly find leads by name, status, or other criteria.
Waiting Lists
- View Waiting Lists:
See all students currently waiting for placement in classes or courses. - Manage Waiting List Entries:
Add students to waiting lists, update their status, or remove them when placed. - Prioritization:
Organize waiting lists by priority, date added, or other factors. - Search & Filter:
Find waiting students by name, class, or status.
Contact Logs
- Record Communications:
Log every call, email, or meeting with leads, students, or parents. - Review History:
See a complete history of all communications for each lead or student. - Follow-Up Reminders:
Use logs to schedule and track follow-up actions.
Contracts
- Manage Contracts:
View, add, and update contracts related to student enrollments or course participation. - Track Status:
Monitor which contracts are signed, pending, or need attention.
Enrollments
- View All Enrollments:
See a list of all students who have been enrolled in classes or courses. - Process New Enrollments:
Move students from leads or waiting lists into active enrollment. - Edit Enrollment Details:
Update class assignments, enrollment dates, and other information. - Search & Filter:
Find enrollments by student, class, or status.
How to Use
- Use the sidebar to navigate between Leads, Waiting Lists, Contact Logs, Contracts, and Enrollments.
- Each section provides tables with advanced features: sorting, filtering, searching, exporting, and bulk actions.
- All actions are designed to help you efficiently manage the admissions and enrollment process.
