The Secretary Dashboard is designed for efficient school administration, focusing on managing students, teachers, classes, and payments. Here’s what you need to know:
Dashboard Overview
- When you log in, you’ll see a welcome message and quick links to the main sections:
- Payments: View and manage all student payments.
- Students: Access and update student records.
- Teachers: Access and update teacher records.
Payments Management
- View All Payments:
See a complete list of all student payments. - Add, Edit, and Track Payments:
Record new payments, update existing ones, and track payment status for each student. - Export & Import:
Download payment data for reporting or upload payment records in bulk (if enabled). - Search & Filter:
Quickly find payments by student, date, amount, or status.
Student Records
- View All Students:
Access a full list of students, including their classes and payment status. - Add & Edit Student Information:
Update student details, assign them to classes, and manage their records. - Search & Filter:
Find students by name, class, or other criteria.
Teacher Records
- View All Teachers:
Access a list of all teachers and their assigned classes. - Add & Edit Teacher Information:
Update teacher details and manage their assignments. - Search & Filter:
Quickly locate teachers by name or class.
Class Management
- View All Classes:
See a list of all classes in the school. - Assign Students & Teachers:
Add or remove students and teachers from classes as needed. - Edit Class Details:
Update class names, schedules, and other information.
How to Use
- Use the sidebar to navigate between Payments, Students, Teachers, and Classes.
- Each section provides tables with advanced features: sorting, filtering, searching, exporting, and bulk actions.
- All actions are designed to be quick and intuitive, so you can keep school records up to date with minimal effort.
