How to use the Parent Dashboard as an user.

The Parent Dashboard is your central place to monitor and support your child’s education. Here’s what you can do:


Dashboard Overview

  • When you log in, you’ll see quick access to all the important areas for your child:
    • Metrics: Track your child’s academic progress and key performance indicators.
    • Payments: View and pay school fees, and see payment history.
    • Attendance: Monitor your child’s attendance records and spot any issues.
    • Grades: Review grades for each subject and assignment.
    • Health Records: Access health-related information and records for your child.
    • Homeworks: See all homework assignments, due dates, and completion status.

Metrics & Progress

  • Track Progress:
    View charts and tables showing your child’s academic performance over time.
  • Compare Metrics:
    See how your child is doing in different subjects or areas.
  • Spot Trends:
    Identify strengths and areas for improvement.

Payments

  • View Payment History:
    See all past and upcoming school fees and payments.
  • Make Payments:
    Pay school fees directly through the dashboard (if enabled).
  • Download Receipts:
    Access receipts for your records.

Attendance

  • Monitor Attendance:
    See a detailed record of your child’s attendance for each class.
  • Absence Alerts:
    Get notified if your child has unexcused absences or is at risk of falling behind.

Grades

  • Review Grades:
    See grades for all subjects, assignments, and exams.
  • Track Progress:
    Monitor how your child’s grades change over time.

Health Records

  • Access Health Information:
    View any health records the school has on file for your child.
  • Stay Informed:
    Make sure your child’s health information is up to date and accurate.

Homeworks

  • See Assignments:
    View all homework assigned to your child, with due dates and completion status.
  • Support Your Child:
    Help your child stay on top of their assignments and deadlines.

How to Use

  • Use the sidebar to switch between Metrics, Payments, Attendance, Grades, Health Records, and Homeworks.
  • Each section provides clear, up-to-date information to help you stay involved in your child’s education.
  • Tables and charts support searching, sorting, and filtering for easy navigation.
