Coordinator Dashboard

Simple, GUI-only workflows for leads, waiting lists, contact logs, contracts, and enrollments.

Use the Coordinator Dashboard to move people from first contact to enrollment. This guide explains only what you click and see.


What it’s used for

  • Track new inquiries (leads) and follow up.
  • Manage waiting lists and priorities.
  • Record communication in contact logs.
  • Send and track contracts.
  • Enroll students into classes.

Leads

  1. Open Leads.
  2. Add a lead with contact details and interest.
  3. Set status and assign to a staff member.
  4. Follow up and update status as they progress.
  5. Search or filter by name or status.

Waiting lists

  1. Open Waiting Lists.
  2. Add a student, set priority.
  3. Update position when a spot opens.
  4. Notify and set response deadlines.
  5. Search or filter by name, class, or status.

Contact logs

  1. Open Contact Logs.
  2. Add a new entry (who, how, why).
  3. Record the result and next steps.
  4. Use reminders to schedule follow‑ups.

Contracts

  1. Open Contracts.
  2. Create from a template; personalize names, dates, terms.
  3. Send for signatures.
  4. Track status and save signed copies.

Enrollments

  1. Open Enrollments.
  2. Enroll from a lead or waiting list.
  3. Set class, start date, and notes; save.
  4. Edit details later if needed.
  5. Search or filter by student, class, or status.

Tips

  • Use status filters to focus on what needs attention.
  • Use bulk updates where available to save time.
  • Export lists for reporting when needed.

Notes

  • The sidebar lets you navigate between Leads, Waiting Lists, Contact Logs, Contracts, and Enrollments.
  • Some fields vary by organization type; you’ll only see what applies to you.
