Creating a Training Program
- Navigate to Training in the sidebar menu
- Click New Program
- Select the sport and age group
- Add exercises from the library or create custom exercises
- Set repetitions, sets, and rest periods
- Assign to individual athletes or teams
- Click Save and Publish
Recording Competition Results
- Navigate to Competitions in the sidebar menu
- Select the event from the calendar
- Click Record Results
- Enter athlete performances and placements
- Upload photos or videos of the event
- Add coach notes and observations
- Click Save Results
