- Wait a moment while the call initializes.
- Confirm you can see your own video preview and microphone level.
Have students join
- Ask students to open the same lesson from their dashboard.
- Students use the on‑screen join control to enter the call.
- If a call ID is requested, it appears automatically for both sides.
Manage the call
- Use the microphone control to mute/unmute yourself.
- Use the camera control to turn your camera on/off.
- Open the participants list to see who is in the call.
- If a participant has connection issues, have them rejoin from the lesson page.
Record the lesson (IT Bootcamp)
- If recording is available, use the record control to start/stop recording.
- Recording is only for administrative proof that the lesson occurred.
- When the call ends, recordings are processed automatically.
End the call
- Use the leave/end control to finish the call for yourself.
- Remind students the call is over.
Troubleshooting
- If the call is initializing, wait a few seconds and try again.
- If you can’t join, allow browser access to camera and microphone.
- If students can’t find the call, have them open the correct lesson and use join.
- If audio or video is missing, toggle the control off and on, then rejoin if needed.
