Secretary Dashboard

Simple, GUI-only workflows for payments, students, teachers, and classes.

Use the Secretary Dashboard to manage payments, students, teachers, and classes. This guide explains only what you click and see.


What it’s used for

  • Record and review payments.
  • Keep student and teacher records updated.
  • Manage class membership and details.

Payments

  1. Open Payments.
  2. Add a payment: enter student, amount, date, and description; save.
  3. Edit a payment: select a row, change details; save.
  4. Search or filter by student, date, amount, or status.
  5. Export (and import if enabled) from the toolbar.

Students

  1. Open Students.
  2. Add or edit student details.
  3. Assign or change class.
  4. Search or filter by name or class.

Teachers

  1. Open Teachers.
  2. Add or edit teacher details.
  3. Review assigned classes; update assignments if needed.
  4. Search or filter by name or class.

Classes

  1. Open Classes.
  2. Edit class details (name, schedule).
  3. Add or remove students and teachers.

Tips

  • Use search, filters, and sorting to find records quickly.
  • Use bulk actions to update multiple records at once where available.
  • Use export to download tables (import available for payments if enabled).

Notes

  • The sidebar lets you navigate between Payments, Students, Teachers, and Classes.
  • Some fields vary by organization type; you’ll only see what applies to you.
